Very clean rooms, cleaned daily. They made us feel at home and welcomed. Bathroom fully equiped, with free toiletries (soap, toothbrush and toothpaste). Coffee from the vending machine is very good. Snack and drinks vending machine is also available. Parking outside the property was a huge plus. Would definitely come back.

Friendly staff, requests were fulfilled immediately. Clean and nice room, towels changed daily but oddly enough bedsheets weren’t changed during our 4 night stay. Spacious room. Superb breakfast, never lack of anything.

By far the hotel with the best location in all of Bergamo. Located in the old town, it is a short walk from all the main sites. The BF is excellent and the staff polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious and although they don't have an evening turn down service, our requirements for extra water etc were attended to without fuss even later in the evenings.

Good breakfast. Good location, just near the bus stop.
Incredibly kind host, stayed up late to check us in as there were delays with our flight and car hire. Communication through the app was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is just 20 minutes drive from Bergamo airport and has plenty of free parking - it's quite easy to miss the turn off the main road so go slowly.
About 2 minutes walk away is a wonderful café that does incredible pastries. Highly recommended, will stay again.

The hotel is better than it appears in the photos. Our room was spacious and the bed was large (at least queen-size) and comfortable. Our room had a vintage appearance but was clean and functional, and the bathroom fixtures were all modern. We appreciated the elevator, mini-fridge, personal care products in the bathroom, and air conditioning. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
The old couple who owned the hotel were very nice took me to a very nice local restaurant. And everything went well with the room keys and everything very nice! And room was comfy. Nothing to complain about 5stars!
The host was very supportive and nice he even pick me up form Bergamo train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport with just a few euro i really appreciate that.
