It was a great experience. The staff is great and very helping and welcoming. It has a great outdoor pool with a fantastic view and a great relaxing area and sauna included. The room was big and clean. The bathroom is great and warm. We had booked the half board option with a various options of morning choises and a good dinner.

Very friendly staff, every morning they prepare daily updates on what guests can do/use. An Almencard was part of the stay, allowing you to use free public transport and entrance to museums. As part of the accommodation, we received free admission to the aqua center in nearby Brixen. The accommodation has a ski storage room and a wellness center with a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a Kneipp path and a whirlpool. The lower station of the cable car can be reached on foot (approx. 900 m), by ski bus (1 station and the bus stops not far from the hotel) or go up approx. 150 m to the nearby blue slope, go down to the lift and let the anchor pull you to the main slope).

Everything was amazing! Really clean apartment with everything designed for the comfortable stay even for a long time. The family, who owns the Apart-Hotel is very trustworthy, reliable and ready to help. Even one night was totally worth to stay there and the price-quality ratio is amazing.

Combination of skiing/nature and wellness. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice cake buffet in the afternoon. Very well kept hotel, good beds, clean. Entry from the garage nice and welcoming. Wellness facilities on 3 floors. One key card which opened also the ski storage room and an own locker for skis, boots etc.
The hotel is very nice, a few steps from the ski slope, so it is very convenient if you do not want to use the car everyday. Very good breakfast, excellent dinners if you choose half-board option. Nice outside heated swimming pool. Warmly recommend and for sure will go back there in the nearest future.
The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with vast food selection. Quiet area, perfect for a nice rest. The hotel provides also the card (pass) for the cabin lift and museums, which was really great. Large and comfortable parking place, storage room for bikes.

We ended up staying at Valserhof Hotel, next to ABIS, as we were with a small child. Family Erlacher and its staff made our time the most enjoyable ever. Every detail matters to them and we experienced that. Thank you for making this stay one of the most unforgettable.

The location is good - 10 min walk / 3 min drive to the main ski lifts. Shops are 3-5 min walk from the hotel.

The big bathroom and the balcony with mountain view. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities of the Hotel were excellent. It pays off to book half board as the 4 course dinner was fantastic.
