The B&B was in a great location easy to get into Bari Central by train . In the centre of Valenzano
It was Clean and well provided for in a small town .
Large double room & bathroom both with plenty of space and a large balcony to sit outside.
I loved the access to the kitchen area which has a microwave & coffee machine.
And the outdoor space for all and private balconies are fantastic.
A lot of thought has gone into the premises. With lovely personal touches.

We used Valenzano as a home base while exploring the region: Polignano a Mare (super crowded beach area in August but rather picturesque), Alberobello (featuring unique conical roof architecture), and Matera (imagine Positano on the Grand Canyon; the adjacent cave housing was occupied from around 7,000 BC through the 1950s).
Honestly one of the best places I've stayed in my travels. Amazing staff, Floriana and Laura are superbly helpful and everything is clean and organized. I was sad of leaving Valenzano and this Casa Gnoni, was even starting to feel it like my own house. There is also a car renting place kind of close to the house, called Special Car, which is quite affordable for a young couple like us. Do not stay in the middle of Bari's mess, stay with Floriana instead, you will not regret at all.
It was the best surprise for me during this long business travel. It is an amazing hospitality structure, with excellent facilities, excellent personnel, and high quality hospitality services. Hot water, very good internet, exceptional room, very good bathroom, the hotel was warm and clean, rooms very spacious and very good temperature. The best choice in the area.
Finally the personnel was amazing, the reception one of the best service ever!!
The hotel is not located in Bari, but if you have your own transportation (we had a car) the city of Bari, Matera, Alberobello etc. is easy accesible. Friendly stuff, nice breakfast with fresh cappuchino from the bar. What we liked very much was the heating in the rooms (we had snow in February), I guess heating is not very common in this part of Italy.
Very nice and new b&b, with a romantic terrace. The room is comfortable and clean with air-con. We were lost in the town after we left, but the owner kept helping us until we found the right bus. A bit of work to get to Valenzano but if you are driving, this is the small town to get away from all the tourists in Puglia.
The hotel is really nice, modern, almost new. The room size was great, unfortunatly we have been next to the lift, and it is noisy in the morning. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but if you are on car, it is not a problem, but you have free parking.
Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy to date. Clean and warm rooms (April). Wonderful international breakfast (eggs, bacon, pastries, etc). very friendly and knowledgeable staff. underground parking that fit a big suv with roof box.
The hotel is nicely maintained, staff are excellent and the room was very good. The restaurant and breakfast area were very good and facilities were what I would expect for this sort of hotel. Overall pleased with the experience.

Staff was really kind. With hotel restaurant opened until 10pm we could eat every evening without wasting time of finding proper restaurant. After dinner we enjoyed drinks in hotel bar
