It was a really nice apartment and we felt very cosy there
Good communication from the start. The property is very easy to find-on the road heading north from the town and just a short walk to the centre. Easy parking opposite the apartment. Very clean and quite spacious apartment. We slept well as it was so quiet. Plenty of room for our dog in the surrounding fields. We found a wonderful restaurant in town-Kyathos-we ate there twice. We would certainly return to Agriturismo Sensi

The Hotel is beautiful! and the view from our room superb, looking across at the town and basilicas: I took pictures at sunset and sunrise. Delicious varied breakfast; perfect service, clean, and interesting artwork and spatial design.
Out of two weeks in Italy, this was our favorite accommodation. Stefania and Ottavio were super kind and met us when we arrived/departed (and also provided a restaurant recommendation). Tuscania is also a super cute town along an ancient Roman road and is well worth exploring - it's relatively close to the coast and not much more than an hour from FCO.

Mirko is the best host you can wish for. He is available for any requests or doubts you might have and is super polite. The flat is well equipped and rather functional. Tuscania is a wonderful city and here you will feel at home. The parking permit is very handy if you get to the city by car.
Very attentive reception. We reserved just a couple of hours before arriving, yet everything was perfectly in order. The eclectic decoration of the room gave great personality, and it’s location near the historical centre of Tuscania and the restaurants, was ideal.
Our host, Stefan, looked after us perfectly: He explained how to enjoy his flat, how to keep the fire going, how to use the wifi.
He even taxied us from Viterbo when our train arrived late.
He gave us fresh eggs and his kitchen has everything one needs to eat well.
We had the greatest 4 days in Tuscania! This was the perfect location with personalized service. Everything was immaculate! We had delicious homemade breakfast muffins and cookies, even catering to my food allergy.

This was a very unique place in the center of Tuscania. It had great Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There was a helpful list of nearby recommendations that were also translated to English. I'd stay again.
Spacious, clean and new with dolce gusto coffee machine, tees and biscuits. Close to historic centre of Tuscania as well supermarket. Easy parking. Flexibility of check-in and check-out.
