The location is remote and private. The staff are welcoming, accomodating and happy to chat. The rooms are modern, clean with excellent A/C (try to book a room with a balcony). The beds are comfortable and there is complimentary water in the mini-bar. We stayed 3 nights and wish it could have been more..I recommend more than 1 night to take advantage of the location. There is an east facing private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The breakfast is very impressive, with lots of choice and unlimited coffee. The restaurant does excellent ravioli, chianina and pasta with chingiale with a lovely wine list.
Surrounded by greenery and just 500 metres from Lake Trasimeno, Hotel Villa Paradiso is a beautiful converted farmhouse. Its large gardens include a large outdoor pool with deckchairs and parasols.
