Great location if you are searching for a hidden place aside from the crazyness of bigger towns. Rooms are tiny, but clean and have AC (needed during summer!).

Proximity to Fermo and the sea are a big plus. Nice pool, friendly staff, Air conditioning was a bless. Breakfast is better than in most places, and increasing the amount of healthy / savory options would make it better. Some kids in the pool wrecked our daughters inflatable unicorn when we weren't there but the agriturismo replaced it for us (which they weren't responsible for offcourse).
