Breakfast was lovely a bit chaotic on our last day our breakfast was a little cold and took a while the staff looked rushed off their feet but the whole experience was fantastic. Lovely room , staff , and great location.

Lovely character hotel in a great location. Our room overlooked a side canal and the gondolas would pass below our window. Sometimes we could enjoy a beautiful tenor voice singing with a man playing the piano according. St marks square was an easy walk and we could hear the bells. The Vaporette stop was about 50 metres away, so super easy. The Grand canal was also 50 metres away. The reception staff was very helpful and pleasant. Lovely breakfast was on offer
