Perfect place to stay outside of Palermo near the airport if you want to escape the crazy city crowds and traffic. The apartment was spacious & clean with plenty of kitchen amenities and a much needed washing machine (with balcony drying rack and pegs)! Close to beach and restaurants/cafes and the best gelato! Gaspare communicated with us well, despite not speaking English, and we kept him up to date with arrival time via WhatsApp. He kindly met us and carried our heavy suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs. The little beach was a 5 min walk and down a flight of stairs which was so refreshing in the heat of summer and the apartment supplied beach towels which was appreciated. Great little local town which in hindsight we could have stayed a couple of days instead of one because it was more like a holiday home and very relaxed and laid back.

We stayed 4 nights at TerraSole Bakery, the property has everything you need and is in a very good location, close to a small and beautiful beach and to the city center. Filippo is a great host, he is cooking a very tasty breakfast, italian style with very good and various cakes, buns, also fruits, juices and coffee, of course. He is a very caring guy, gave us even the umbrellas for the beach and shared a lot of information. We all felt great at TerraSole, I travelled a lot and stayed in many places, but here I felt the most comfortable, relaxed and safe. From the minute I left, I wished I come back and for sure if we will come again in Sicily, we know where to stay. Terrasini is also a beautiful town close to the sea with nice restaurants, a beautiful church and city center. Thank you, Filippo, I hope we meet again.

Definitely the location was what we enjoyed the most. The place is perfectly located in the heart of Terrasini with great options close by whether you want to dine, go for a stroll, to the beach or shopping. Also, our host Carla was very nice and helpful. In general, the apartment was stunning, we felt like we were living like the locals, which was very nice. The balcony access we also enjoyed very much.

Terrasini is is located in a beautiful island which is located 25 minutes away from Palermo. Surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Terrasini is a fishing village with a beautiful waterfront properties, Resturants and caffe’s. Have breakfast, lunch., dinner on the along the beautiful waterfront. Lots of touring and excursions on or off the waters. This beautiful little quaint town is a paradise. People are welcoming and friendly. Almost everyone speak English. Very easy to get around town. Everything is in walking distance. Very hot during the months of July to late September. Temperature 85 to 100 degrees. Very Hot. Which makes it uncomfortable to enjoy being out doors during the afternoon. My family want to come back to Sicily. Terrasini is a gem.

However, there are a few restaurants where the food is bad.
Transport is horrible. You never know what time the bus will be at ,it goes differently to the bus timetable (we went to Palermo, a bus was scheduled at 10am but it arrived earlier and left at 9.45,same with one at 7.30am. It's better to arrive early and...wait. Moreover,
it goes every 1h or 2h even though it's a peak season and Palermo is a big city to connect with. The bus stop is moved to Via Crispi which is not updated on Google.

Lovely people in the bars and restaurants. We met a few real characters. The Vista mare only 3 properties away at the bottom of the street was a great place for a few drinks and the meal on the terrace at the top was great. The views from the terrace at night were awesome

Friendly and helpful locals; ample fresh fruit and veg to buy; great bakers some with ready prepared meals; wonderful ice cream shops. Good restaurant: la Casa Bianca gave excellent service and great menu. Lively at night: la passeggiata. You can walk everywhere. Fantastic views.
Sad to see the litter in hedgerows and on the beach; plastic detritus is a problem for the world now.

Fascinating little town with a magical square and two towered church. many small restaurants in the square and down all the side streets. Lots of choice
We chose a French restaurant called "Oh La La" which had a lovely terrace round the back (which we didn't realise at first) Food was excellent - I ate curried mussels and partner had tuna tartare. Reasonably priced. Next time I would stay longer and make an effort to visit the grotto

I adore this small town of West cost of Sicily and come here again and again. Nice beaches, Nice restaurents. And fantastic landscape of the cost. Unique for Sicily. Pls visit the lungomare and enjoy the best sunset. It is a place to be in the Sicily.

Clean and modern. Close to city center and beaches. Perfect place to start or finish your adventure with Sicily (only 15 min by car from airport). Breakfast starts at 7 in bakery so I had chance to have croissant and coffee. (My boyfriend was not that lucky because he cannot eat gluten but he had great gluten free pizza day before. Ask owner for recommendation if you are looking for it).
Nice room with lovely interior. Authentic and friendly guesthouse. Internet good. The host is one of the most lovely people i met, offered us a service for airport transfer and was buying groceries for us. Felt like home in a small town in Sicily. I would recommend anybody do visit this friendly place with a good atmosphere. Thank you
One of the nicest place we've stayed at here in Sicily! Very clean and cosy, terrace on the roof top with a beautiful seaview is perfect for relaxing and watching sunset. Great location close to the little pebble beach and the centre of Terrasini, and only 15 min away from the Palermo airport. Owner is super kind and helpful.
Lovely sized flat with a great sized terrace overlooking the harbour. An amazing beach was right next to the hotel, and there was generally great access to every thing you needed. The flat itself had a lovely bed and bathroom, a great kitchen with everything you needed and more. Overall, very ecstatic with the accommodation.
