It was in a lovely location, with great views over the lake. It was well appointed, very clean and well run. The owners and all staff were friendly and helpful. Our vegan diet was well catered for in the restaurant.

You are among locals that do their best to speak English and tolerate your bad Italian. It is seriously one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. A great local restaurant, some great cafes. And the woman that runs the little grocery is fabulous!

A very pretty small little village directly on the lake, with 2 small shops, pharmacy , 2 restaurants and 3 cafe bars , it has a nice little promenade with many local people out for family walk’s enjoy the view which was breathtaking

The villa was fabulous, marvellous views that exceeded expectation. Rooms were spacious. We were very comfortable there. We could walk to an excellent local pizzeria, Bellavista, which did takeaway too. Riva di Solto is a short walk, about 15 minutes down, 20 minutes back (uphill!) and a lovely little village with a regular boat service to all parts of the lake. We were a little hot overnight and air conditioning would have been a welcome addition to the facilities.

Loved the hotel and it had the most amazing views of the beautiful lake.
The restaurant was superb.
Not happy to be charged 5 Euros each for asking for another towel each . We were told to use our room towels for the pool when we asked for pool towels which we did. We were never told there would be an extra charge for this service.

The lake is very peaceful.
The lake is very peaceful. No one rushing around or stuck in traffic. The time we stayed there was too short to visit many places. The restaurants are almost all beside the lake and the ones we dined in were very much affordable.
The location is amazing. You are just 30 metres from the Iseo Lake. If you wish, in just 100 metres, you can take the boat from Riva di Solto and visit Montisola and other small villages along Iseo lake,
You can have breakfast and other meals on the balcony watching and enjoying a wonderful lake view.
I do recommend staying at Alex's lake House if you visit the Iseo Lake.

The apartment is located in super cozy and great location in the old village of Riva di Solto. The view from the apartment was fantastic and overlooking the lake. And the host (and her mama) were very friendly and helpful. Lots of good and interesting activities around (and in) the lake. Very good value, our children loved the place (11 and 15y).
We had an apartment with views across the lake. It was spacious and cool with the air con. Slightly away from the main hotel suited us. Ample parking from tiny roads. Staff were friendly and helpful. Meal in the restaurant was delicious overlooking the bay. Used the pool on one day- plenty of sun beds and parasols.

The restaurant overlooks the lake, and the view is magical, and the terrace with a fire pit is a very pleasant place to sit after dinner with an amaro.
The hotel is very conveniently situated for either walking in the mountains or exploring the lake.
Loved the family run hotel. Lovely family and always a service with a smile. I also liked the classic decor of the hotel. The views from the hotel simply stunning. The food was fantastic. Breakfast more than enough to choose from. We also had an evening meal and the food/wine was fantastic.
Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Very clean hotel and room. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a tub. It has a balcony with a view of the lake. The restaurant is excellent. There is a pool, a hot tub, a sauna and lots of outdoor furniture.
The apartment has an incredible position few steps from the lake and the beach! It is new, very well equipped and very beautiful. The best thing are the hosts! Nicolas and his mum are just wonderful😊 So nice and helpful and very professional👏👏👏 Really hoping to go again soon😊😊😊

Amazing property and garden with spectacular views over Lago d‘Iseo, everyone‘s very hospitable, breakfast can be had outdoors, beds are comfy, bathrooms are modern, location is a short uphill walk from Riva di Solto promenade, restaurants, cafes/bars and grocery shop
We liked the big room, it was clean and we brought our Dachshund. Was lovely to see that the hotel also had a Dachshund so they played together.
The breakfast was very good and it was close to other things.
Nice and clean apparently recently refurbished appartment in the heart of Riva di Solto. Small foodshop and some bars and restaurants close by. We had a very pleasant stay with 4 people and our dog.
A lovely place with a beautiful view. The host was very friendly. Riva di Solto is beautiful small town. Few tourists but great to stay do water sports or hiking.
