Staff are fantastic very friendly also helpful, Each day the cleaning staff was their to keep the room to a high standard of cleaning. The breakfast was excellent lots to choose from. On the Saturday when we arrived a Lady Manager we ident get her name she was slim dark hair and wore glasses, a Special Thank You to her she was fantastic brilliant great help.

Very nice gym (fully equiped : dumbells, leg press, benches, etc..) and swimming-pool (at least 20 m long) at the Golf club just in front (equipment not common even in luxury hotel).
For how we planned the trip, the hotel was in a perfect location for reaching Milano center and Lugano. Also the arounds and facilities in this area are not as expensive as in Milano. We had great food and no traffic. The hotel was very clean, staff very polite and breakfast very good.
