Everything was perfect!! Could not recommend more. Location, rooms, breakfast, everything was incredible. The owner was so lovely, our flight was really early in the morning. She woke up especially for us to make us coffee & give us a goodie bag.

The best guesthouse I've ever stayed in, and probably will ever stay in! Grazia and Oscar are the perfect hosts, we shared so many laughs, unbelievably good Tuscan food and greatly enjoyed our chats. We loved being around the cats, Emy the dog and Spin the horse too. The gardens were incredibly beautiful and the farmhouse has been lovingly and authentically restored. It was perfect. We can't thank Grazia and Oscar enough... an unforgettable experience staying with them. I wish we could stay every year.

It's an old mansion with beautifully views. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is very nice and available all the time.
We were celebrating our anniversary and got a surprise in our room with balloons flowers and fruits. We got a lot of recommendations for restruants, activities, hot springs etc..
Great location between all the beautiful cities of tuscany. Great for "star" trip. Also the restaurant of the hotel was excellent.
There are so many wonderful things here. Walking through the gate feels like entering a castle, and the owner is a very beautiful hairdresser, so the shampoo is always the best quality! The pillows are of the highest quality. The elegance comes from every small detail, and this room deserves a perfect 10 in every aspect. I would love to book another stay, but unfortunately, it's fully booked for the next two weeks on Booking!
This was magical stay - very peaceful, location was wonderful, building with historical vibe and details, retro accents - all was sparkling clean and the owners very caring and nice! Cute and delicious breakfast! We also were visiting Sinalunga market - so cute and local! Bought fruits and some pastries - no any fancy vibes and that was wonderful! Very authentic stay!

A great value! Accommodations are light, bright, clean and comfortable. AC worked really well even in a heatwave during August. Breakfast was plentiful! Free parking on site. Owners are kind and accommodating. Great place to stay if you are touring Tuscany. It was the perfect location to stay the night after spending the entire day in Montalcino and make it easy to get to Cortona in the morning.
The facilities are impeccable and the service/support provided by Alessia is outstanding (e.g., recommending local restaurants and making reservations, answering questions, suggesting places to visit in the area , etc., all to ensure an enjoyable time). Beautiful house and grounds, very centrally located for making day trips throughout Tuscany and Umbria. Highly recommended!
Excellent location in the heart of the town. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well stocked with whatever you may need to make your stay more comfortable. Lovely place and people. The house has a lot of character and the room is comfortable, of good standard (including great mattress) and spacious. We stayed for two days and had among the best breakfasts of my life. The owners are so lovely, welcoming and generous. Amazing hosts. The house is situated close to the train station which was very convenient for us.
This was an absolutely amazing experience! Wonderful hosts at a lovely Tuscan farmhouse. Better than we could have imagined. We also loved the tour of the gardens and meeting all the animals! We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a very nicely updated and clean historic Tuscan farmhouse!

Gorgeous location just outside Sinalunga so we felt like we were in the Italian countryside and yet only 8 minutes drive into town. Definitely need a car! The owners were so very welcoming. And there is A/C which isn’t always the case.
Blissful treat to be beside the pool and sunflowers and with such lovely hosts. Air con much appreciated in the heatwave, and all the facilities you'd want. Loved being walking distance to Sinalunga's festival and restaurants.
The holiday apartment was big and it had all kitchen appliances, washing machine, air-to-air heat pump.
The free parking place near the apartment was a big plus and also the short distance to interesting small places nearby.
