The location was excellent, you were int he country yet only 15 minutes from Florence main city. The villa is just beautiful and in beautiful surroundings. Tom is an amazing host who kept in touch and nothing was a problem for him.

The location of the hotel is great! You can reach to Duomo in a few minutes and it is close to main attractions. The stuff was really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was not super comprehensive but it was good to have to start the day.

Great location, about five minutes away from the Santa Maria Novella train station and the same from the Firenze duomo.
Good breakfast spread but also lots of bars and restaurants nearby which open early and stay open late.
Great value for the price. The room was very unique and spacious. The staff was great, the hotel owner even came to our room at midnight to kill a spider we saw. It is quite far from the city center of Florence, however, a bus comes every 20 minutes or so to a nearby bus stop. The views were amazing, the only negative was the distance to Florence.

Fairly tranquil village, traditional in the best sense. A couple of bar/cafe/restaurant options - but limited. Pharmacy, Deli, no nightclubs - yay!
