The hotel met my expectations for the price I paid. It was a very standard small 3 stars hotel in a small town in Tuscany, so I imagined it to be like it was. In the end, me and my friend only needed a place to crush for the night after a concert in Lucca, 30 minutes by car from it. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom and the room were renewed recently.

unusual place, really liked it! Beautiful view, fresh air, the area is decorated with light bulbs. Toilet and shower are in a separate room, everything is clean. We were still cool, but there was a warm blanket and we didn’t freeze. It would be great to come when it’s warmer and stay longer. There is no kitchen, only a cafe where we had breakfast, breakfast must be ordered in advance, but you can make a grill at any time, there is a place for this. There is parking. Glamping on the mountain and it may be difficult for some cars to enter. It’s not far from Florence, but the drive is at least an hour, as there are many roundabouts.

Perfect location to shopping and restaurants
Breakfast there were a few options but sufficient. Rooms were spotless, clean and well maintained. Staff were also fabulous.

We really enjoyed our time at this property the location was excellent for visiting Pisa and Florence areas. Pistoia is also a beautiful place to visit and walk around. Pistoia train station is the closest public transport so you will have to have a car to get around. The trains only go towards florence..
The house itself is beautiful, clean, lovingly kept. The owners are kind, helpful people who love a chat they are full of great tips.

The place was like in a dream, from the accomodation, to the beautiful jasmine scents all day. We also enjoyed in patio, lawn and garden and the beautiful view on an old town of serravalle pistoiese. The hosts gave us all the necessary informations, and ware available for all our questions.We really don't have any complaints, and only beautiful memories.
It was a great location. Although a big hotel it was quiet. Restaurant next door and a lovely village a few minutes away. Great view over lake. My 2 dogs were welcome which is so nice.
Accessible, quiet, at the main road with private parking, spacious, clean, large bed, recent renovated in some rooms, very good restaurant stick to the hotel.
