The size of the room exceeded our expectations and had a good size balcony with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and Montecatini Alto. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a great size fridge in the room.
All staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided great local and travel advice and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast choice was really good with a great range of cereals and hot and cold buffets. The selection of local artisan bread and cheeses was a great bonus. The dining room was also spotless. We had an evening meal on our first night and we found the menu to be excellent, the food was of very high quality and the prices were very reasonable. The outdoor pool looked great but the weather was just too cold to try it. The location is only a couple of minutes walk from the funicular to Montecatini Alto and 10 mintues walk from the local park and Terme Tettuccio (a must see but check opening times - we were very lucky to enter on our last day) and 15 minutes from the town centre. All really nice walking through the park.

We really enjoyed our time at this property the location was excellent for visiting Pisa and Florence areas. Pistoia is also a beautiful place to visit and walk around. Pistoia train station is the closest public transport so you will have to have a car to get around. The trains only go towards florence..
The house itself is beautiful, clean, lovingly kept. The owners are kind, helpful people who love a chat they are full of great tips.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and updated and we did not have any plumbing issues. The restaurant next to the hotel is a lifesaver for travelers who are too tired to go far for food. The pizzas were excellent - the best I’ve eaten so far in Italy. It’s not a five star hotel but it delivered for the price we paid. Parking was so convenient too.
The place was like in a dream, from the accomodation, to the beautiful jasmine scents all day. We also enjoyed in patio, lawn and garden and the beautiful view on an old town of serravalle pistoiese. The hosts gave us all the necessary informations, and ware available for all our questions.We really don't have any complaints, and only beautiful memories.
Everything is absolutely fine with this hotel , but have to mention something about the location because literally few people have mentioned this , hotel is located nearby a very beautiful village, the area is stunning, but if you don't have car you have to walkthrough quite steep road for half an hour, returning back to the place.

I believe that a couple of years (or decades) ago that was a really luxurious hotel. It still keeps some charm, but years and absence of investments for renovations took quite a chunk of it.
Hotel is quite outdated, but for this price you wont get almost nothing better... Very good breakfast, nice and warm swimming pool, polite staff, free parking... Location is a little bit secluded, you need a car to get around. If you are not too "picky", or on a budget, then this is it.
The hotel is very good for a short stay if you are on route with a car. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Room was large and clean. That the hotel is a bit older was no problem. It is on a nice location but you need a car.
Amaizing value for the money. Facilities are clean. Staff is very helpfull and has a niec sence of humor. Hotel seems a bit old fasioned, but it is clean and client oriented. Would stay there again.
