Very nice hotel with big parking, newly renovated, super clean, and with a good breakfast. Quite easy to get to the city by tram which is 10 min from the hotel.

Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)
The Hotel was amazing!! The receptionist was so kind and explain us everything. Our room was so clean and smelling so good! We have all the facilities we need in the room: A/C, TV, hair dryer,hot water, towels, amenities, mini bar, bed was so confortable and in your room you have security box. Also is close to the bus stop. They also offer breakfast but we didn’t take that because we leave so early in the morning.
Extremely nicely furnished apartment, with good taste, impeccable cleanliness. You have everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. The tram station is a 3-minute walk away. Giada is a wonderful person who helps you with everything you need and wants those who cross her threshold to feel at home. If we ever return to Florence, we will definitely stay in Giada's apartment. Thanks a lot for everything!
Stunning rustic apartment on outskirts of Florence just a 10min tram ride into the centre. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and more. The hosts who live above the apartment are fantastic and even supplied everyday essentials which is a nice touch. When we return to Florence we know where we will be staying.
Location was perfect. 7 minute walk from Villa Costanza bus station and under 5 minutes to De Andre tram stop. The tram takes you to city center in about 20 minutes. The house was spic and span. Dario has undertaken great measures to keep each and every item spotless. We have never seen such a clean and fresh smelling bnb/hotel room. Kudos!

Place is great, 15 mins by car from Florence train station (if you avoid traffic jams). Really peaceful, green and relaxing. You can also reach city by bus, but that will be a bit longer.
Sara was a nice host and gave us tips about the area and what to do.

What a great apartment! Clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Ideal if you travel by car and want to visit Florence by public transport (tram). Above all, Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely like to go here again.

- Clean and pretty house. It's also surprisingly bigger than what we expected.
- Very friendly owner, he lives next door, so it's easy to contact him.
- We got some complimentary food and drink in the fridge.

The hotel was amongst wineyards and in the Tuscan countryside. Florenz was easily accessible if one has a car and can drive to Scandicci, from there take a tram to Florenz. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the filling. We had a lovely stay and if we are ever.in the region again we would go back.
Breakfast was ok. Location is very bad if you don't have a car. Very difficult to get taxis you can be stranded. The gentleman at reception was very nice, he dropped me to the tram station as could not get a taxi. Food is not available at the hotel & only one restaurant outside with no choice.
Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equiped, the bed was very comfortable. Private parking and air condition is a big plus. Andrea gave us some good advices and he always responded quickly. Bus stop to the center of Florence is 8 minutes walk. 100% recommend. 😊
The host Alessandro is one of the best hosts I have met. Excellent service! The apartment is large, comfortable, clean. All the stuff You need for pleasant stay. Tram line to center of Florence is close - 4min walk. Easy to find some free parking spot for car near at doors.

The host is great, so nice and friendly. The nature was beatiful, it is probably the closest you can be to get the tuscan nature and be near Florence. Wine tour and tasting was nice experience, very good wine.
Wonderful, charming Tuscan atmosphere, a taste of the Real Tuscany but a few miles from central Florence. Helpful, friendly staff. Descent breakfast. Overall definitely recommended.
