Delightful seaside location, simply but tastefully furnished. Easy to find. The Manageress was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, again the service was very pleasant.
We were able to store our luggage after checkout until our train departure.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.

The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April.
Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail.
Although winter, the resort still has the main facilities available.

Fantastic place and people!
Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . They even brought us to the airport at the end of our stay at a very reasonable price, stay here if you can and get the terrace room for a fantastic holiday !

Nice place for a holiday, accesible from Rome easily on train. Few beaches, free, as well as with a fee, lovely reastaurants and bars. If you want to enjoy the spirit of Italian seeside, you have to come here!

The hosts were wonderful.
The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel is on the beach with private beach and sunbeds for free. That is so nice. The beach is with pebbles.
The room that we hade was with a nice balcony and it was big. It was for three people but we were only two. The balcony is nice but it needs some touch up. The room and the bathroom was nice and big but also needs a bit of a touch up.
The breakfast was nice. Not a big selection but enough and it was nice to sit close to the sea eating your breakfast there.
Parking was also free and that was nice.
Absolutely unique experience, something you won’t get in big hotels! Feels like home, extremely welcoming owner, clean and cozy rooms, breakfast served specially for you on a beautiful terrace! Massimiliano kindly welcomed us at a rather late hour, we were on a route whole day and the road took more than expected. Rating of this place says for itself, absolutely true:) And it’s also 3 minutes of walking to the beach.
The place it’s totally amazing. The view it’s a dream, you can have a calm and relaxing days here. The rooms are huge, and with a lot of light. The furniture wow, the facilities are perfect. The internet works prefect. The beach are just in front, so you literally can go there in 3 minutes. Alessandro it’s very kind, attentive and the communication it’s great.
My wife, son and I stayed in this hotel yesterday. We needed a place to stay for one night between Rome and Tuscany. It’s a charming place in a small town with views of the ocean. They lady who runs it made us feel very welcome, and the restaurant next to the hotel (Aquamarine) served an amazing dinner of the freshest seafood. Highly recommend!
Great location, easy for beach, nice town and easy for train trips to Rome. Apartment was spacious, with great views and lovely to have front and back balcony- great for air on hot days. Next door to a great supermarket and a lovely Gelateria downstairs.
Everything was amazing. Breakfast was on such a cute terrace that over looked the sea. Having a private beach with umbrellas and tanning beds included was so convenient and such a plus. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
It was very convenient to the train station and the beautiful beach. It had a lovely garden. The room was clean and ours looked out over the ocean. The staff were very friendly.
