Super friendly hosts that welcomed us warmly. Amazing location and view - you're fully surrounded by nature. There's a terrace in the garden where you can sit and enjoy it (we didn't because we were eaten alive by mosquitos - end Sep).
We had breakfast for next day waiting for us in the apartment (nice, because we were leaving early and therefore could eat when we wanted). You can also get a dinner there, the hosts would cook for you. We didn't know that and already had food for the night so didn't order anything.
Set in Genoa, B&B Hotel Genova Principe is a few steps from Genova Piazza Principe Train Station and 800 metres from Genova aquarium.

* Room: Spacious and clean, decently furnished. Was quiet.
* Location: Mere 200m from Genova Piazza Principe train station, making day trips (e.g. to Santa Margherita Ligure) convenient. Old town can be reached on foot via Via Balbi. For harbor, we would recommend to stick to Via Balbi then turn right at Piazza della Nunziata, rather than going straight south, as that part of the harbor can feel a bit intimidating.
* Overall: Good price-performance ratio. Friendly staff. Worth your consideration.

Great location, right in the middle of town in a grand old building.
The decor and shower were a little quirky but I just found it endearing.
TV had movie and sports channels.
The guy was very friendly and let me drop off my bag before check in.
Very kind and patient host. Our ship arrived very late and the host was very patient with us. Grazie mille !!
The hotel is a dream and located in a renovated old manor. The lovely garden behind is an attraction and offers joyful relaxation.
The staff went out of their way to ensure that we have the ability to check in after coming really late to check in, after check in hours.
