No laundry facilities advertised but we asked the hotel if there was a way to do washing and were advised that the owner would take them to their own house and wash them themselves for us which we really appreciated after travelling around.

This is a villa-style property with an on-site pool & a shared access kitchen downstairs. It was very secure behind a key card access electric gate (free on site secure parking) and key card access into the property & again into your room
The shower was excellent and the air conditioning was great!

You can certainly see the amount of time & effort that has gone into this place and no expense has been spared! It would be perfect for a family looking for a private residence as you can have a in-house chef or even like us, travellers looking for a comfortable nights rest on our travels!

Ivana's house is right in the old town of San Nicola arcella. Between the destinations in northern Calabria this town is definitely the best, offers nice views and is the closest to attraction such as Arcomagno and Isola Dino. The house is very pretty and super clean with awesome terrace overlooking both the sea (sunset) and mountains.
Vanna is the best, super nice and helpful and the best cook, breakfast was always impeccable.
No wonder why this place gets booked out and has high reviews, we spent a very nice time there!
Fantastic view, nice and responsive owner Sonia, easy check-in with key pick up at the complex reception, all amenities in the nicely laid out and sun/insect proof, very clean apartment, a few minute drive downhill away from San Nicola Arcella and Spiaggia dell’Arcomagno. Parking right in front of the door, but beware that on the steep hill a lower clearance (sports) car would just make the last bump to the house carefully.
We have staid for one night but after saw the view from the hotel - want to stay for many days more. Beautiful place, with very kind and nice Staff and owners. Room We had with the view on the sea and mountain Was amazing. Very tapety breakfast - Italian but a lot of things to taste (sweet). Very good Coffee :)

Very clean, comfortable basic room. Great value for money we had the top floor room with a great view of the island and sea. The hotel is situated in the old town so you have easy access to restaurants and the beaches. The host was friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area.
A hotel next to the road wouldn’t normally be our first choice but out of season there are few restaurants open in the area and so we were relieved to stay somewhere where the hotel restaurant was open. The beds were very comfy. Otherwise it was not an enjoyable stay.
La Casa di Ivana is a true gem in San Nicola Arcella. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is outstanding and the staff and the breakfast are just out of this world. If you ever go to San Nicola Arcella, stay at La Casa di Ivana.
We had a wonderful stay at Dimora. I really liked the rooms, the comfort of the house and Rossana's attention. Breakfast was excellent. the pool area was very relaxing. I truly recommend this location when visiting San Nicola Arcella.
