It was our first time in San Dona di Pave and this hotel and the entire staff are phenomenal. The renovated part of the hotel where we stayed for a minimal extra charge is fantastic. The breakfast is varied with quality ingredients. This is the hotel with the best espresso that we have stayed in throughout Italy. Secured parking. The staff are so lovely we got a gift on our way out. We will definitely be back when the road leads us here again.

San Donà di Piave is a perfect stay if you wan to vist Lido de Jesolo and Venice. It is a lot cheaper to stay and is within 25 min and 40 min respectively from the 2 cities/towns by car. There is also a nice small mall nearby for some great shopping called SME SAN DONA' DI PIAVE. Defiantly recommend it.

Very comfortable rooms, freshly renovated and I never saw a hotel room so clean. You can tell it was made with love, the mattress was sooo comfortable and every detail is high quality.

Red Fenice is easy to find and it is located in the calm and quiet neighbourhood, but also close to Venice, Verona or any other city you want to visit around that area. We would recommend it to anyone 😁
Everything in this Hotel is automatic, full of wonderful experience. I can't not say the word "staff". Everyone are great people, from, reception, to restoran, and the owners. They don't work there, they live the life of Locanda.

Very nice hotel, with recently refurbished rooms and facilities, and an excellent, gastronomic restaurant on site. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are extremely big and clean. The main square and street are just a nice stroll away, and there's also a riverside park, where you can have aperitifs before your meals.
Villa Lisetta was built by the host's father. I do not know about the other rooms, but our was very spacious and comfortable. We had sofas and chairs with a walkout elevated patio area. The bed was very comfortable after a day of traveling to Venice. The breakfast was the best that we had our our stay in Europe, this time.
Centrally located and at the same time very quiet. 40 min.drive to Venice parking, so good point to visit most beautiful town!

Very nice, celan and comfortable appartment., eqquipped with all you need during the holiday The owner is very communicative and answers very fast all the questions. The locatioon is very convenient (very close to Venice, Padova and Lido di Jesolo), however the car is needed.
A good place to sleep over on your way to or from Italy. Situated in the centre of a charming small town, close to the motorway, shopping centre, and the beach. Old-style hotel with comfy rooms and fair (Italian) self-service breakfast. Large garden with enough parking space.
We stayed for 1 night, for that reason - especially if you are coming by car - it is a perfect hotel. But it is far from everything, and when we stayed there - it was Sunday night - all the services in the hotel were closed, we were let in by a lovely old lady.
Such beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing and so helpful. Also the breakfast was so good, plenty, and decorated so beautifully. I travel often and this was the best hotel experience I have had. Amazing and completely recommend the experience.
