The house is a stones throw from the train station that drops you off on the car transport and is just outside of the beautiful town of Iselle. A quick 15 minutes drive will take you to Domoddossola which is picture perfect.
In regards to the house, it is just ideal, stone floors, several types of heating systems so you never get cold, comfy living room and a gorgeous bedroom with a double and 2 single beds. Wooden ceilings and even a little door to a balcony. Views from every aspect are snowy mountains, woodland, waterfalls and nature. Be aware however, it's quite a climb to get to the door...

I like every thing it located just 1 min to the waterfall, super beautiful view, nice and kind landlord, every thing was perfect.
we stay there for 1 week, the kitchen is very well equiped and we did not have any problem to find appliences.

For a short visit only (max 2 days). Ski resort with very old ski lifts, even extremely dangerous. No activities when not skiing or any places to visit, neither appropriate restaurants. Hotel la Vetta is nice, but not at all worth the price.

The village is tiny, and you can easily tell the local population is counted in the tens of people, if at all. This leads to very limited choice for places to stay and eat. Fortunately, the few that there are, are nice places, with friendly staff and good food.
As a ski resort, there are not very many pistes, but they cater for all levels of skier skill. There even is a snow park! The ski lifts are pretty modern and fast, causing almost no cueing at their base.

Perfect place to totally relax and stay in an elegant beautiful La Vetta hotel and easy access to beautiful calm, authentic natural quiet Alpe Veglia. Among other cafe, there is an old and authentic Albargo Alpina Monte Leone bar for coffee, wine..and the mini market attached sells sandwiches, cheese...and ice cream ! A must visit place in summer and winter (ski resort) On top, the people there are genuinely lovely !
