The apartment is tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. The bathroom and shower are stylish and efficient and the bed is very comfortable. Cooking facilities are convenient and there are chairs and a table for sit down meals both inside the apartment and outside in the patio area. The residence is in a quiet location conveniently close to the main road linking Modena with Verona.

The host was a gentleman, all though he speaks no English and I speak no italian we go on fine.
Good safe parking, lovely and quiet and relaxing..
Overall a great place to stay and I would stay there again
- what a house: old villa with many paintings, thus overall a very unique style for a B&B
- it was low season and end of COVID, so not many tourists around, but they still prepared a delicious breakfast and were also very friendly.
- bike storage possible in the garden
- I would recommend staying here if San Benedetto Po is the stop of the day
