This property was impeccably renovated. It was lovely from top to bottom and I felt like a princess while I was there, I would encourage anyone to stay here - you won’t be disappointed!

It was a bit cold and although on booking.com there is a symbol of a kitchen that might lead you to think that you have a kitchenette in the room, there is a communal kitchen. The host tries her best to accommodate.
Hosts extremely friendly and helpful - the lady of the house drove me twice into Ripatransone and arranged to have me collected later to come back after she realised I didn't have a car. She also asked me what I wanted for breakfast and ensured there was some cold meat and cheese (I had grown tired of sweet breakfasts after three weeks in Italy!). Room was sizable and a comfortable place to sleep. Bus stop for buses back to Grottammare is nearby.
This is the perfect place to stay when you visit Ripatransone. Right in the town center, but still very quiet with two balconies and a fantastic view. Great breakfast!
Nice and clean with everything you need irrespective of if you intend to stay for a few nights or a week or more.
Last, but not least, the very friendly landlord Maurizio that gave us the feeling that nothing is impossible!
Lovely location, very close to Ripatransone; wonderful views on the nearby hills and the distant Sibylline Mountains; delicious breakfast including home-made coffee, cakes, and marmalades; clean and comfortable rooms, with a genuine taste for the local Italian architecture; great hosts, available, friendly, and polite!
The location is fantastic, offering a charming view of the Apennines and of Ripatransone. The house is in the countryside and is a quiet hamlet for resting. The hosts are wonderful people and they really make you feel at home, you enter as a host you leave as a friend. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes!
