Very nice place, super quiet confy and lovely pool. Mr Andrea his Wife and his stuff was super friendly and helpful. The mx5 collection was extraordinary 👌 Small breakfast buffet with enough items to make you feel the Italian Hospitality. Room was clean and obviously made by love of the project and the cause. I'm planning to return in the future.

This is a fantastic place! The owners are kind and very professional, the place is quiet, tranquil, beautiful and just the place you need after a busy day sightseeing. The host was a delight and the accommodation was fantastic. My parents got the biggest room and I slept in the other double one, so the shared bathroom was just for us. This place is BEAUTIFUL, very tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. The place is in the middle of the countryside and we arrived at night, so the last bit of driving was very dark and we didn't know what we were going to find at our arrival. We had a great sleep and the breakfast was superb. It was at relatively short driving distance from Todi.
