Nothing. The wifi dropped in and out. None during the night mostly off. The breakfast was a joke. The hotel is falling apart. In fact how you can call it a hotel. Its street view would make you run away and not much better when you get up to the hotel on the 4th floor. This hotel should be regraded it is not a 4 star

If I were to designate a worldwide standard for absolutely perfect small hotels, I would probably list this one as the standard of excellence. So simple, so unassuming - nothing pompous or ridiculous. Just totally relaxing, charming, beautiful site, outstanding food, fabulous wine made onsite, glorious breakfast, absolutely friendly and competent staff. The laundry detergent they used smelled so good I kept my face buried in the towel while poolside. Such impressive excellence.
The hotel is wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Alberto or one of his staff made us feel like we were at a very special place. Kudos to Chef Massimo, Cecilia, and waiters Mako, Ricardo and Francesco.
