Super-nice owner Maria. Always smiling and helpful. Excellent breakfast. An interesting benefit for a larger group was the cozy party wooden house in the garden. It provides privacy and you don't have to worry about disturbing other guests with noise.

I like the friendly stuff that drove and picked us up every day at the bottom of the hill because we are not advanced skiiers and were not able to ski on the red slope which is the closest to the hotel. Also, I really appreciate that the stuff made a romantic dinner and atmosphere one day with candle lights. The food was absolutely amazing. We had carpaccio, rib-eye steak and other amazing dishes.

Food is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and professional
what we liked:
- the building, the room and the location from where you can walk or drive easily
what we did not like:
- the shower hole was blocked and water did not flow through
- breakfast: there was a little bit of sweet and salty elements, but we have seen much better service
I suddenly injured my leg while skiing and all schedules were stopped. I felt like I was rewarded for the holiday again with warm care and kindness at the hotel staff. They hotel staff are so professional, have a flexible mind and are always kind to me, so I have a lot of fun.
Variety of breakfasts and quick service dinners were the best for us with small children.
And Clean bed linen and toilet, perfect room temperature 👍🏻
It was a very comfortable stay and definitely to remember. The staff went out of their way to be nice and there were a lot of facilities to keep you busy specially if you are traveling with kids.
The view and the weather was spectacular and the hotel itself was very well built and preserved. The breakfast was also quite good.
The room size - very spacious, the style of the hotel, the sauna, the playroom. The bed was comfortable as well. Also the breakfast was ok.
The staff was friendly in general, but I did not like the fact that we were specifically informed that they do not consider 8 and 9 as a good review, so we should give them 10.
wonderful staff, clean and minimal. breakfast was fantastic! it was a wonderful week at the hotel. the staff are very kind. I would day some parts of the carpet are worn and it’s a little dated, but for us, we didn’t mind. it was very clean and perfect for us.
The staff was lovely. The building was historical and beatiful, for example our hotel room door was like a castle door (see the picture). And even though there was a heat wave, the rooms were cool probably due to thick stone walls. Breakfast was good.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is situated in a very peaceful place, super clean, pool and spa was wonderful! The staff is super friendly and kind.
