At arrival, we were kindly greeted and smoothly checked--in by the owners' son, and upgraded to a larger room with big terrace, furnished with two sunbeds and a table with chairs, with a view to a nice green garden. Everything was very clean, new and nice, a comfortable bed, nice colour scheme of the room, spacious bathroom, good towels. We had a fridge and got a complimentary bottle of water, there was a water heater with tea, a TV, also a possibility to heat the room and the bathroom. A rich breakfast was served every morning, with ham, salami, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, butter and marmelade, freshly fried eggs and 2 types of delicious home-made cakes and cookies, each day something new; and water, juice and coffee. But the best off all were the hosts, Federica and her husband. They took their time to kindly chat with us, gave advice about interesting things to see, provided a plan and many leaflets and pieces of information. Perfect hosts with rich knowledge of history of these interesting places.
All in all, a very comfortable and nice B&B, very close to Peschiera del Garda, but very calm and absolutely peaceful at night; and with the kindest hosts.

We adored this property and the owner Davide who was amazing. He took great car eof us, was always available via whatsapp. We arrived much later than we originally told him we would but it was no issue. He gave us loads of information about the surrounding area which we told fully advantage of.
The property was beauitful (as was the small town were it was). Really cossy and homey. Our room was perfect with big windows looking over the gardens. Both the room and bathroom were really spacious and fully equipped. As an english man I loved the selection of teas. There was also a large bath which was a lovely bonus. There was plenty of parking literally outside the building.
Couldn't reccomend this property enough it was one of the highlights of our trip.

Amazing experience, great host with excellent recommendations of restaurants nearby, stunning view on vineyards all around, spacious room, a cute farm horse, rabbit, goose and sheep on site which was nice for our kids, the property is gorgeous and their people extremely sympathetic and welcoming. Lovely place to stay.
Lovely place to stay. As we were on the bikes and with own car it was not really important tho. We visited La Cousina few times and also local cafe and bakery. The bakery was average but rest was great.

The area is nice and rural, not too crowded, but very easy to navigate towards the lake for more touristy attractions etc. Within the near vicinity there are lovely towns to visit, like Monzambano and also cycling towards Mantova along the river is a very nice activity.

We are experienced travellers and this little sweet hotel is certainly one of the sweetest places we have ever stayed in. The location is just a few minutes out of Sirmoine and it was perfect balance between staying at a quiet sweet village and yet so close to the city. The hotel itself is decorated with love and we felt so at Home .. very quiet and beautiful bathroom and bedroom … the hosts are sooooo nice .. we will certainly book again and have recommended our friends to also do so.
We really liked this hotel. The people working there were really friendly. The hotel was decorated originally, there was an outside pool with a view on the mountains.
Breakfast was made to order. I got a crepe with marmalade, a fruit salad and a cappuccino. They also had pancakes, eggs, toasts, ... The portions are small so you should order multiple things. Again, there was a lot of attention to detail, the table was dressed nicely and the silverware and plates were original.
Amazing maximalistic interior design with many details, spotless clean, very comfortable with amazing pool, don't miss aperitivo, it's experience by itself.
Breakfast is rich, you can order whatever you want and they will bring it to the table at the nice terrace.
Also if you're dog lover and travel with your dog, this is place to be! So many dog statues in the room, hotel and even on the pool.

This hotel was perfect from the beautifully served breakfasts and the staff were kindness itself. The rooms were super clean with fresh bed linen every day. The pool area was exceptional and surrounded by olive trees and lavender. The decor in the hotel was eclectic. This hotel is one of a kind and the owner so helpful and kind. I would go back any day and a truly great experience.
Everything!:) This small hotel is not a basic one! The interior is very far from our taste, but in this hotel it works so good, we loved every minute of our stay. The staff also very kind, the breakfast is super delicious and the room is perfectly cleen. We will definitely come back.
