Everything was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve been in. The location was amazing too! We went during spring time but the room was very well heated.

What a charming hotel! A truly stunning location set above the lake with breathtaking views! The owners are wonderful and very warm and welcoming. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the lake. The breakfast is great, a nice range on offer (do yourself a favor and have the fruit salad!). We had all our dinners at the restaurant as well - very convenient, reasonably priced, delicious and lots to choose from. There is a mini market very close to the hotel for drinks and snacks and any toiletries you may need to stock up on.
The stay in this hotel was great.

* We got a room at floor 3 with balcony and great view with Como lake.
* The hotel's restaurant is great, worth for money food and great Como lake view, as well as the breakfast.

* You better have a car to get to this hotel, and the mountain road is quite steep, be careful.
Great atmosphere. You can feel Itally there. On your plate you can find original pizza with potato and gorgonzola, delicious meets and pasta. Pool is really nice. View is outstanding-Bellagio on your hand. If you don't have car pay attention to bus and tickets or use local taxi driver Mario. Road to the hotel is exciting with again beautiful view on Como Lake. We are grateful to our Hosts for short 3 days holidays!
The location is fantastic. Beautiful view from our room's balcony and the hotel's outdoor patio of Lake Como and the mountains in the background. Our room was fairly small but very clean. Staff friendly and helpful, they helped translate the menu for us. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel's restaurant both were good. Plenty of free parking and Internet worked well.
Try to book a room with a lake view and balcony! It was the best view I have ever seen from the hotel window. I just spended 2 hours sitting on my balcony watching Como lake and drinking wine.
If you missed that room you can have the same view from the hotel's bar/restaraunt.
Also there is an open air swimming pool and all the stuff - great for children

First of, price & quality don't go well together but this hotel was able to provide a fair price with an absolutely tremendous amount of quality! Tina, the owner and her daughter Linda are giving out excellent service like a 5 star hotel! Breakfast is great and the view of lake Como is even better! Will come back again for sure!
The hotel is very well organized and convenient - it has a spacious restaurant offering very good pizza and a variety of other tasty dishes as well as good beer, coffee and desserts. Breakfasts are rich and all staff very friendly and professional. Our room had a terrace. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great time!
Extraordinary clean rooms, beautiful view on lake Como from the terrace and very hospitable staff. The restaurant served good food and lovely pizza’s. If we ever visit lake Como again, we definitely come back to this hotel.
The hotel is in a nice location. Good price. But most of all I treasure the fact that I forgot an item and they were kind enough to mail it to me. Definitely recommend.
Very cute property on the hillside. Great view and amazing staff. Hotel is a little aged and has no AC, so be mindful during the summer. 10 minute drive into Menaggio.
