Restaurant was good. Staff very helpful.
Bedrooms were basic but the outstanding views made this not matter.

Excellent location, within fantastic views and wonderful service and comfort.
The location is perfect. Although Petrignano is a small town, it has everything one needs for everyday life, and we really mean everything. And all that within walking distance. The town and its surroundings are not overrun with tourism, which makes it authentic Umbrian. We stayed for twelve nights, but after two we were already 'home'. The locals are very friendly, willing to help and treat you like you've lived there all your life.
The hotel is very well located having excellent facilities like outside swimming pool and big grass area to relax.
We went there for a sightseeing weekend in the region and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast service provided. We plan to return soon spending more quality time in the hotel and trying their restaurant
The host Alessio and family run this very friendly boutique hotel. Beautiful location, lovely facilities, rooms were spacious with a lounge area and patio. Views superb. Dinners to die for, absolutely fantastic!
