The accommodation is in a small town between the montains. The apartment is located on the second floor. It was nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. The double bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, but the separate bed squeaked terribly. The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable and full of holes.
It's not the accomodation's fault, but when we were there, the bell rang every half hour, twice, also at night, which can be quite disturbing. The host was very kind, and helped with everything.

The room was well maintained and very clean. The pool was amazing but the view was spectacular. The longish one car wide dirt road to get there was a bit offputting to start with but overall it was a great place to stay.

The best part was the view into the charming village in which it's located and the whole Tuscan atmosphere and vibe. Communication with the host was easy and fluent. The surroundings are a very pleasant sight, with vineyards and green forest all around. As far as the apartment goes, all the indispensables are provided.
The house is Mauro’s former family house. The rooms are large and very new. The place is in the center of town and near all the restaurants. There are also several parking places near by. If you are ever around Palaia could not recommend a better place to stay! They were also very flexible with our arrival times.
Location of the hotel was in the center of Palaia. We only booked the hotel for 1 night, so we did not really used the facilities of the hotel. However, we loved how friendly the lady was upon check-in and during check-out. The room was cozy and had a really big balcony.
Palaia is a very nice and well positioned place to stay if you want to travel this part of Tuscany. Basic location of the Antica Dimora Leones is also very good. The accommodation itself is really charming and rather exceptional - rooms, other facilities and the garden.
The hotel is very beautiful, the historical heritage has been carefully preserved and every detail has been thought out! The room was also unique and comfortable. We came with our car, the hotel also provides parking. A perfect spot for leisure holidays! :)
