Very friendly and thoughtful staff. A lovely family hotel, like coming to a home instead of a corporate sausage machine. It's in a tremendous location in a vibrant and delightful town that feels like a real place with much more going on than tourism. We were there out of season and the cafés and bars were still busy with locals relaxing and socialising.

This was our second visit and we were not disappointed, staff very effective and cleanliness excellent, a good all-round hotel in central position for beaches.

We could also be using a swimming pool in the other hotel, but we hadn't time. Grocery store is just across the street, as well as private parking place. Bed was cosy.

The town is unique and very interesting. It is the right size for our interests - not too big, but big enough for a variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beach and tourist attractions if you have a car.

The beach was long and plentiful.
The beach was long and plentiful. A fine shingle with a gentle slope into the sea. It was almost empty when we were there in peak season. The parking was free. Unfortunately, It was very windy when we were there so all boat trips were cancelled. Which was a shame because the coastline is best viewed from the sea. However the gentle slope of the beach sheltered us enough from the wind for a relaxing sunbathe. The restaurants were busy. So do some research and plan ahead and book in the morning for the night otherwise you might be walking around for a while queuing and waiting whilst you are hungry.

More rugged than the North, but with the most beautiful beaches and nature in the area. If I return to Sardinia I will spend all my time in the area of Orosei. The city itself is small but have nice restaurants.

This was the final place of six that we stayed on the island and it rated number one for us. We really loved the character and feel of this quaint old hotel. We had a nice view across the rooftops and a clean and tidy room. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard area was excellent with plenty of choice and the best hot chocolate we'd had in Sardinia. All the staff were attentive and seemed genuinely interested in their customers, asking how their day had been etc. My special request was fulfilled perfectly, many thanks!
The building is run by a family that you feel is very supportive. Despite the problems with the room, they really took care of everything immediately. The building is located in the very center, there is a parking lot nearby, the beach and wonderful restaurants and you can feel the Sardinian atmosphere there, completely different than in larger cities like Olbia with
many tourists:)
Excellent comfortable clean spacious accommodation with ample parking and a really nice pool just outside! There's plenty of amazing beaches nearby and one within ten minutes walk! It's quite a remote area but there's plenty of shops in the local town of orosei! A perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine! I would highly recommend staying here!

The fact that the hotel is divided into different places in town and the hotel connects every part of it with golf carts is a nice experience.
Front desk employees are great and very helpful.
Breakfast is high quality and very complete and served in a charming patio.

It was never hot inside even with air-conditioning off while we were out on a beach.
