The breakfast was excellent. The room had a beautiful view to the garden and the mountains. The pool was very extra ordinary. Even though we couldn’t use it because of the weather, it gives the garden a special character! We had a really nice time staying there and will totally recommend it to everyone.

I also did not notice that I had left my ring in the hotel room, and I was immediately contacted to arrange collection.
The views from the hotel room were spectacular, and the hotel was in a great location.

The property, itself, was beautifully positioned overlooking the small village of Ora and the towering mountains that surround it. The garden and breakfast room was an inviting place to spend our mornings and take in the fresh air. The included breakfast selection was abundant in choices and our host kindly made us eggs upon request. Although Ora may seem like a sleepy town, we found the mountain trails and swimming lakes easily accessible by car or bike. Visiting Bolzano for some more culture, history, and shopping is a quick 20 minute train ride away.
In addition to our stay, our host was gracious when we experienced some issues with our flight which delayed our arrival and consisted of extensive travel to get to our destination. Julia generously gave us a partial refund to offset our troubles, making our stay at Pension Grasser a more welcoming experience and felt like a “sigh of relief”.

Underground parking lot available for hotel quest. Great solution in hot summer. Hotel staff is very pleased and willing to help. The hotel room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied. There was a playground for kids available in the backyard. We could had only one night stay because we were traveling.
A cute boutique hotel with a lovely interior, delicious breakfast in a beautiful hotel garden and a short car ride away from the attractions of the Italian Dolomites. The check-in was smooth and easy, there is a nice live music bar in the hotel lobby. We found everything we needed in the room, it was clean and tidy. We parked our car by the hotel which was convenient.
Everything was great and exceeded our expectations! The owners are very friendly and helpful, location is great and there are a lot of walking routes, restaurants and wineries around. Room was very clean and modern, and breakfast was great. We traveled with a small dog and there were no problems accepting him too.
This is a lovely hotel in the centre of a beautiful village. The staff are really friendly . The man who runs the bar concocted a delicious non alcoholic drink for me. The garden is lovely too with many mature specimens and overall there is a very nice relaxed ambiance
It was so clean, Nice people, you really experience the family hotel atmosphere. The live music and dinner in the garden was really nice. The owner and staff do anything for the guests. Their is no airco, but they provided a mobile airco for us, which was perfect.
The spa-like offerings were very pleasant and peaceful. Beautiful hot tub, outdoor pool with covering, Infa-red and steam pods were very enjoyable! Additionally the dinner / restaurant and staff were both excellent. Looking forward to our next stay!
