Our stay here was great. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The owner was very nice, and the breakfast she made left us with only good impressions! We are so thankful for her attitude towards us and the efforts she makes to make the place look so wonderful! The view is great - on one side the lake and on the other the mountain. The house has a parking lot. Our trip was at the end of October, the weather was rainy and cool, but when we come to the house our room was warm! The bathroom was very clean, we had a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.

Host was very communicative and exceedingly thoughtful (we arrived very late, when no restaurants would be open, and she left us groceries to make spaghetti!). The space is large, clean and unfussy. Location suited us well, as we wanted something quieter and more local. We had an easy and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Great transport links just outside the property with ferry port within 2 minutes walk, access to small beach and lake for swimming, we travelled all round Lake Como and surrounding area, so property was a great base.
Hosts provided us with everything we needed and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay,
Hosts day 1, took us to local supermarket to stock up.
Hosts day 1 took us to local bakery/coffee shop.
Hosts day 2 provided us with list of places to visit & how to use local transport.
Hosts throughout our stay done a fab job, big thank you to the family for welcoming us into your home, plus we loved Mrs G, Andrea, Nina, Mr G, and Mr A, the brother.

We should have booked a different area with restaurants and facilties nearby instead of having to drive everywhere.
We werent aware that walking wasnt advised as this is something we enjoy very much.
Should have done more resaerch on the area and where to stay.
Although very beautiful scenery we needed to be more connected with civilisation

The restaurant was good .
The restaurant was good . It was closed on the Monday but Victoria booked la pergola for us which was easy to get to by bus and also a lovely place . She picked us up after we had eaten which was really kind . We hired a boat for five hours which was great fun .

Loved our stay at Residence Mathilde. Roberta was a wonderful host and the apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lovely garden on the lake set up with chairs and loungers. Use of a washing machine was appreciated. Thank you
In one word “magical”, AIMolo5 is an absolute gem at Como Lake. Away from the busy tourist areas this boutique hotel takes care of you like you are royalty. They thought of all little details, from a more than comfortable bed, too breAkfast service at your balcony with lake view, all inclusive. The staff is amazing, we had a late arrival and Victoria was so nice and kind to wait for us. She is so sweet and caretaking, she made our stay even better, as did the restaurant personel.
We love this boutique hotel. The staff was extra friendly and the restaurant was small and intimate. It felt like we had our own private chef that made a delicious meal for us in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. The fresh pastries. Fresh juices, cheese and cappuccinos. They even offered cooked order eggs for our group of four. We were able to eat both meals out on the balcony that overlooked the lake. The infinity pool was amazing for an afternoon dip...
Beautiful villa, very scenic & nice views of lake como. Infinity pool and interior of the villa was beautiful. Truly felt like a 5 star luxury villa. This is a boutique hotel with only 7 rooms in total. Staff are incredibly friendly and pleasant. The food was excellent. Breakfast had lots of options and also the chef can prepare hot meals. Lunch options were also good. Great dinner menu too. High quality.
Amazing place to stay near Lake Como. Wonderful view to the lake, close to some restaurants and beach in nearest village Onno.
Wonderful and kind host Anna was very helpful, explained about closest villages, parking lots, ferries etc. She and her husband even brought us fresh croissants on our first morning in the villa. Lovely stay by Lake Como, much recommended!
we upgraded to a bigger Villa called Diana and it was gorgeous!! I would highly recommend this villa.
Mark is amazing as well. if you are looking to go wine tasting, eating on a mountain top, boat ride, etc… Mark is fabulous at helping in arranging all this at a very reasonable price as well. Thank you so much Mark for making our stay wonderful.
The view and the space were spectacular! Located in a quiet town on lake Como, the ferry made getting to other villages relatively easy (once you learned how to read the timetable) Parking on site and easy. Our host was a good communicator but follow her instructions to get to the property as the address puts you in a different location.
One of our favorite places so far! Its a beautiful and cosy boutique hotel with amazing lake views and an excellent restaurant and superb wines located in a very cute little village. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We fell in love with this place and its people and will definitely come back!

Excellent location, the most spectacular view I've seen at Lake Como, beautiful and intimate garden, the lake at a fiew steps, good restaurant and especially Boat2go literally yards away, all in a quiet little village, 10 minutes from Bellagio. Very friendly host, wish we could have stayed longer.
I was attracted by the design first, I like boutique hotels . The property has a stunning view, the attention to details is worth every penny. Very helpful & welcoming staff. We had dinner, amazing chef. Everything was just perfect!

very calm and picturesque place in cosy village. Steep walk from the parking lot and very narrow and steep stairs in the house didn’t bother us, but might be better announced for elderly, heavier or otherwise disabled persons.

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was gorgeous and was so comfortable. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. We loved eating at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed sitting by the pool.
The location is perfect, away from the crowds but easily accessible to the bigger places with the ferry that stops right at the hotel
