Staff were very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served either outdoors on the terrace with a lovely garden view or inside in a pretty air conditioned room. The location directly opposite a sandy beach with beach cafes was very good. The pool was another option and set in a lovely garden with plenty of shade. Plenty of free parking.

We paid for a triple room and they give us a double one, close to the swimming pool with very high music until 1a.m.
They don't have any phone number to communicate with them..I have never seen it! And the ask for 2 euro for each device a day..Unbelievable.
The breakfast was really bad, any fruit, and any variation in the menu.

We were greeted by Lorenzo which was helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the area. Parking is right in front of the gate, the views are very nice and there is a private beach and deck chairs available. The room is small but cozy and clean. Unfortunately when we arrived, there were no restaurants open in that area, the closest ones were in Noto, which wasn't that far away.
Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Villa Mar is located in 1.5 km from Lido di Noto, and 7 km from Noto. Ragusa is 35 km away.

Noto Marina is a jewel. Very beautiful beach with places to rent chairs and umbrellas. There are small stores and restaurants near the sea and a gelato truck with other snacks that is near the public parking.

The beach is nice (sandy and with good water..perfect for kids), but only small area with sunbeds to hire at very high price. Not to many restaurants and no nice area to take a evening walk so driving to Noto at evening was a solution
This is a great location. Centrally positioned to visit south-east of Sicily. Close to cultural and beach.
Francesco is a great host. Always friendly, very helpfull with plenty of ideas of where to go, what to visit and very important where to eat. ;-)
Breakfast is italian, however open to suggestions (!).
Pool area is comfortable and relaxed.
Apartment was large, clean, very well equipped inside & outside. Good accessibility by car to places and cities in southeast Sicily. Perfect host - flexible when necessary to fix small ticket items, providing us with a good ideas where to go (eg flower festival in Noto).
The friendly staff, the pool, the food!, the room, the super romantic place (inside and outside), romantic lights, the high quality restaurant, the Sicilian night, everything was absolutely super!!
