The location is a great place in a very quiet area of Umbria. . I love the historic building. The village close by called Nocera umbra is as well very cute.

The agriturismo is also a restaurant which can be handy for food but does also mran that it can be noisy (at least it was when I was there for their national holiday Ferragosto).
The price is very good, also considering that I stayed in a nearby hostel for the same amount.

Mouth-watering breakfast and meal are served. Placed in a picturesque location surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Thoughtful and attentive staff. It ticks all the right boxes!

i just liked everything in this hotel! from the design to the service you get in every corner in the hotel.. the pool is amazing, the hotel is very uniqe and you can come to relax, have a very good food with bio products from their vegtables garden. the bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good too and the room was big.

a beautiful, small cluster of old, restored stone houses high in the mountains of Umbria. spacious, beautiful restored furniture. Quiet. A beautiful pool with a view far over the hills.

Very nice, big and well designed apartment in heart (perfect location) of Nocera Umbra, with all necessary equipment (e.g. for cooking) available and in good state. I could only recommend for (bigger) families.
The location was perfect! A two-minute walk to the main piazza in Nocera Umbra. The host was available and helpful. The apartment was cozy and clean, newly refurbished.
