The internal equipment of the apartment was new, fully functional. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony, or dinner, drink on the terrace. Parking right at the entrance was nice. We didn't miss the air conditioning at all, even though it was really hot.

Large and beautifully renovated property in a lovely hillside location, with garden and outside space and a wonderful host.
We were here to be (relatively) close to Genua. It's about 45 min drive, but very beautiful and peaceful. Once in Genua you can easily park in the Marina parking and then discover the city during the day. So Neirone we didn't visit, we only did some grocery shopping.

A small town, which clings to the side of the mountain much...
A small town, which clings to the side of the mountain much like so many of the surrounding villages. People we met were quite friendly and helpful. There were many interesting places to see and the scenery, with dense forests that covered the mountains, was wonderful.
