The hosts were welcoming and friendly. This place is in a very quiet location but within an easy driving distance of Bologna. There are several places to eat in the nearby villages. Our room was compact but comfortable and the breakfast was Italian style with a good selection of cakes/pastries.

This property is located in a very good location of you are planning day trips to Bologna, Modena and food tasting activities in the Emilia Romagna region. The family that runs this property are extremely welcoming and always available to help out with anything, including recommendations for the local area. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was decent and importantly the property has a very good restaurant that can come in handy after a long day trip. The property is also located in front of a picturesque valley and has some nice nature trails close by.

This property is exceptional! The views are so breathtaking and the staff so hospitable that leaving the property to sightsee was actually difficult. The property is located near many wineries and an easy drive to Bologna and Modena. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby but the restaurant at the hotel is so good you really don't need to venture off. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. My entire group was very impressed with our stay!
Beautiful property on the hill, with views of vineyards and sunflower fields. Our room was bigger than expected (two rooms), very clean, had a great bathroom and a comfy bed. The pool area is also nice and the restaurant at the hotel serves very good traditional food. Also breakfast ist great and the owner is very friendly. Would like to come back and explore more.

This hotel is beautiful in and of itself and is also in stunning surroundings just outside of Bologna. The breakfast was lovely and we would also highly recommend the restaurant for dinner in the evening. We loved the view from the pool in the hotel garden.
