Free parking 5 min walk down the hill outside the main part of Casperia, which has no car access due to cute little narrow streets.
The host was very communicable with us over Whatsapp and was happy for us to practice our Italian.
She was kind enough to ring the local restaurant Osteria Vigna to check if they had vegetarian options and book a table for us.

Marco was very supportive and flexible. The apartment was recently redone in a lovely way. The shower was much more roomy than I often experience in Italian apartments. It's location in town was very quiet.

Lovely B&B, stayed overnight as we were attending a family wedding nearby. The staff & owner went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice sized room absolutely spotless and big soft bath towels. Lovely breakfast , great selection of coffees and a brand new coffee machine to enjoy cappuccinos. There is a small library and nice sitting room to enjoy a good read on rainy days. Would definitely stay again.

It was a second time we have been staying in Casale Contessa, our previous visit here was in 2013 (9 years ago)!
After 9 years we could still confirm our highest ratings for the property, since 2013 some improvements were made - guests are offered with a nice and comfortable swimming pool and big patio area. Views over hills are still stunning. If you arrive early or planning to stay for several days - there are some nice places around definitely worth visiting (Montebuono, Calvi, Madonna degli Angeli)
