Incredible views of the bay and Tavarola Island from the spacious private terrace. The pool is very large and clean - perfect for swimming and kids to play in. There was also a lifeguard on duty during the day. The villa is compact but fine for a family of four and contained everything we needed, plus it was spotlessly clean. There is air conditioning in the kitchen area and main bedroom. The villa is in a complex of condominiums, but when we stayed there it was quiet with mostly Italian families on holiday. The host, Gianni, was very helpful with information before arriving and Stefano met us for check-in. He was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and super helpful during our stay with ideas and a lovely boat trip to Molara (a great spot for snorkelling!).

Lovely komplex, well maintained. Large swimming pool with clear water, swimming there was a real pleasure. Green and dense grass on the (tiny) garden. Whole appartment new, very neat.Ideal for 2 or 3 persons.Close to many superb beaches. Communicative landlord and owner (two different persons)

The property was in a lovely quite location was a little further out from town than we expected but we didn’t mind as we had hired a car so we drove into town most evening to go out for dinner, the reception staff was amazing as soon as we had arrived they gave us tips on where was move to eat for dinner & also helped with anything we wanted to do & even said about things we shouldn’t miss, the breakfast selection was good we never struggled to find anything to eat while was was there & the staff were always there to help or if you wanted anything they would get it for you
The room was very large & spacious it had a great shower & plenty of room for us to spread out the maids cleaned & changed our towels on the daily very good was in a nice quite part of the hotel with parking very close by

The room was well appointed (odd triangular shape we grew to love!) and the bathroom was beautiful. Cleaning staff were reliably thorough and professional. But the breakfast exceeded everything else: gorgeous fresh, wide-ranging dishes and marvellous coffee and juices, and the breakfast staff were wonderful!
Mount Tavolara is beautiful. People are really friendly in the area.
The beaches, whilst a bit tricky to access, were gorgeous with turquoise blue water. Capo Cado Cavallo is definitely a hidden gem in the area.

The apartment is very nice in a pretty residence. We loved the terrace where we could enjoy breakfast and dinner.
The apartment and the residence were sparkling clean. Everything was perfectly organised. What made our stay very special was the welcoming of the property manager/caretaker Asanca. From the minute we arrived until the second we left he did all he could to provide a top class hosting service. Having people like Asanca is what sets you apart from other properties.
It was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is located within the heart of Monte Petrosu, adjacent to a bar and opposite a pizzeria and a gelateria. On-street parking is easy. The interior space is clean and very modern, with 2 en suite bedrooms, good cooking facilities and air conditioning. Even though the street is close, noise is not an issue and the curtains allow for plenty sleep.
Absolutely everything was great. Better than in a hotel. Spacious rooms. Great location within walking distance to the best ice cream, restaurants, grocery stores. Great communication with the owner. Total satisfaction and we will definitely come back again. 🥰
