What a gem! The place is very near one of the nicest beach in sardignia - five to seven mins walk. The house has all the amenities for a super comfortable stay. The hosts are great! She brought us to the supermarket on the first day and when she needed to go another day, asked us if we wanted a ride. They were also very helpful in giving us tips re Sardignia. They also let us stay longer as our flight was in the afternoon! All this without me asking. The veranda/terrace and garden is a nice place to read a book or do yoga! The restaurants nearby are super good. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to sardignia!
The beach and sea are wonderful. Golden sands and clear blue water.
However, we found Monte Nai very expensive for restaurants and the supermarket. We were shocked by some of the prices for food compared to our home in Germany. For example, a box of frozen peas were nearly 7€.
Further, restaurant prices seemed to be inflated (we knew local Sardinians.) Unless you have a car than you are limited to one or two restaurants.

You will find there everything what you need small shops, bakery, restaurant.
From any place very easy access to great beach.
Only be aware in the end of the summer season- this is exactly 15 of october most of the shop, restaurant -almost everything is closing down for winter.
For bigger shopping you need go more faraway, there is no bigger shop in this village.
Excellent location very near (5 min walk) the wonderful Costa Rei beach. Everything you need is just outside, within the apartment complex - very good restaurant, bakery, gelateria, enoteca. Also a supermarket within 1 block walking. The apartments are spacious, clean and bright. Perfect for families. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Early July is the best time to go to Sardinia as it is far less crowded than August. Many nice cafés and bars on the beach, lots of space, good service.
Friendly staff, peace and quiet, well organised, well structured apartment, very clean, not too big village, direct access to the beach and see. Nice little village centre also a fish shop, when the busier main town is some km away. Possible to jog in many directions. Petfriendly as allowed our mid sized dogs; many other hotels tell they do but they don't.
Really beautiful view from terrace to Costa Rei. It was really nice to only sit there and look around.

A wonderful stay. The sea at your fingertips, the town of Monte Nai with restaurants, shops only 10 minutes walk. Well-equipped, quiet apartment. Very helpful and knowledgeable Ilaria from the front-desk, she helped us a lot. We will be back for sure !!!
A beautiful, tranquil hotel in a great location for the beach in Costa Rei and the surrounding beaches if you have a car. The pool was also a lovely added benefit. The staff were really helpful and were able to assist with everything we needed!

In general the hotel is fine but the only thing that deserves acknowledgement is kind staff. The value for money the hotel charges for one night is disastrous - see below.
