Everything about our stay was perfect. Our host, Sally was informative and helpful. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could possibly need when traveling. The hotel was extremely flexible when catering to an evolving arrival time. The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception (clearly stated) and they ask for an anticipated arrival time. When providing this we were clear to indicate that this may change due to the distance being traveled. The hotel responded with no worry, we will be waiting for you. We kept them updated through Booking.com messaging and when the weary travelers arrived, the staff were all smiles and welcomed them warmly. They were super nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They met our request for the bed configuration in the rooms (double bed not twins) and for the rooms to be close to each other - they were next to each other. It was only a one night stay but we felt well rested and well taken care of. The breakfast was good quality.

First, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. They recommended several restaurants (which we really enjoyed, along with the Lambrusco wine) and helped us with our Italian, which we try to speak. The room was refreshed and cleaned each day. The location was within walking distance of all of the sites. The Ferrari museum was around the corner and as near as the rail station. Both about a 5 minute walk. The Piazza Roma is about a 15 minute walk, and the Piazza Grande about a 20 minute walk, with much to see in the historical city center.
