Hotel Oasis is a lovely hotel, close to the Falloria cable car, and just a short walk to the center of Cortina. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were very clean and we loved the balcony with views of the mountains. When we arrived, ski season was winding down and there was no breakfast, but the dining room looked very cozy. There were options in the morning just a minute or two walk, so it was fine. Another big plus was the parking on site. Would definitely return!

Camina has a wonderful breakfast with so many options and the best service. Their location is great and you can take a walking path right into town. Plus the top-floor spa is very relaxing!

Great base for exploring the Dolomites. Lovely setting with mountains on all sides of the lake which was also very picturesque to stroll around or you could take a pedalo or a rowing boat. Recommended eateries: Quinz and Pizzeria Eidelweiss. Great if you wnat to join the queue for the car park for Tre Cime bright and early to ensure you get in.

A lot of people stay in Cortina D'Ampezzo because there are...
A lot of people stay in Cortina D'Ampezzo because there are lot of lodging, activity and food options. Staying at Misurina, however, is magical and peaceful. There are just enough options for lodging and food. It's also very close to Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. If you want a quieter and more peaceful stay, I would go with Misurina.

Lake Misurina is on the way when you drive to the trailhead parking for Tre Cime from Cortina di'Ampesso. Stay overnight at the lakeside will be a good choice as you may have a fantastic sunrise view at the lakeside!

An ideal base for hiking Tre Cime Di Lavaredor.
An ideal base for hiking Tre Cime Di Lavaredor. Driving to Rifugio Auronzo, the starting point of the hike takes only 15 to 20 minutes. If you don't have a car, there are buses travelling regularly from Misurina to Rifugio Auronzoto. Besides, Lake Misurina itself is beautiful in its own right.
The accommodation is located very conveniently on the side of the lake and surrounded by mountains so even though you dont have a room at the lake, you will for sure have a nice view to the mountains. The hosts were very helpful, we have an electric car and they provided a power plug so we could plug over night the car, also, even though we did not reserved a dinner table on time, they really tried to provide us a table. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, for sure we will come back again.
The location was perfect - by the beautiful lake with amazing view on Tre Cime.
Private parking is a big benefit - it's hard to find a parking spot in Misurina.
It's in a walking distance from the busses to Tre Cime, so there's no need to wake up crazy early to be able to get to the trail around Tre Cime.
The stuff was very nice.
The apartment we had was spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms (kids had their own bunk bed - it was an attraction itself) and a leaving room. The bed was very comfortable.
Hotel Sorapiss is fantastic! The staff are friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The location next to the lake and near hiking trails (but away from the craziness of Cortina) is perfect. The wifi is fast. Breakfast is great. I also ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and was very happy with my choice. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to Nicola and the Hotel Sorapiss team for a wonderful experience!
The breakfast is good. The view from the hotel is superb but what is really exceptional is the hotel manager Mr. Nicola!! He solved every problem that we had, answered all our questions patiently, did every thing to make our stay as comfortable as possible which even included some little surprises! Despite the hotel being a little old and the rooms being okay, I would definitely stay there again!
Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel in a beautiful location right on Lake Misurina and close to Tre Cime. The family owned hotel had a restaurant and bar on site (which was so convenient) with great food and spectacular views from the deck. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!
Everything, it was like a dream! Amazing location on the lake Misurina (one of the few on the lake and for me, the best), friendly staff, clean, cozy and very quite rooms, tasty food at the restaurant. They have only 6 rooms, all of them with lake view. Quite close to the toll booth (casello) for tre cime.
Everything was fabulous.... We were fortunate to be received by the owners and they are very special people, the facilities are truly excellent and the location right on Lake Misurina is unmatched, we really want to come back to this place!!!!!! .. We fully recommend this hotel!!!
Perfect place, new setup, very environmentally friendly. No air con but Misurina is so high that evenings are always cool, not felt too hot in the room.
