Very nice apartment. It is warm and comfortable in winter. They took care of us and turned on the heating in advance. Very nice! The kitchen is well equipped, everything is very clean and beautiful! We found a parking place right next to the house. There is a beautiful lake and a pedestrian promenade nearby. Very attentive and caring host!

The small apartment is beautifully renovated and decorated in a cute old building. Very comfortable king bed, everything you need in the apartment and walking location to the town and lake, parking is excellent behind the building. Host was great with communication
Very clean, comfortable apt. Grat location close to everything. The A/C was much appreciated. Would use it again 😊 had supper at il Pirata, nice restaurant, make sure you drive its a long walk otherwise. Getting around was very easy.

3. There is a beautiful walkway along the lakefront. Give a look at the trees and you'll find two wonderful sequoias.
4. There is one of the best restaurants in the lake area (very good food at affordable prices!): Sant'Egidio.
If you're looking for a great location to explore Tuscany by car, Marta is an excellent choice, and this apartment is the best value for your money. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and while the house may be older, everything is clean and maintained. This apartment is the perfect home base for exploring the nearby towns and villages, and the stunning Tuscan countryside. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Tuscany without breaking the bank.
The owners are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, actually the best we had in Italy! They allowed a larger dog as well and it seems like they really like animals so it is a great bonus for us! The app is nice, room was clean, there was lots of adorable small details just waiting to be seen. Its a short walk down to the lake and restaurants. If youre planning to look around the lake Bolsena this is the place you want to choose for a sleep over or even a longer staying !
Nice big apartment strategically located for day trips. The host is very caring and helpful. If there is any problem, she does everything to resolve it. Free street parking during the off-season, usually spots are available for the night. The appartment is big and comfortable. Good wifi. Italian breakfast at the bar downstairs was very tasty, and gave an extra value. Marta is a beautiful village, perfectly placed on the shore of Lake Bolsena, I hope I will be back soon.
La Baia del Lago is a beautiful B&B. We travelled with a 1 year old and a dog and the host was very accommodating with a bed for the baby. The house is immaculate and the room and bathroom were perfect.
The breakfast room downstairs was fantastic and had everything expected of a continental breakfast and was beautiful.
I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Marta
What an exceptional place. Truly the best budget homestay I've stayed at in Italy so far. Everything provided, large space, well equipped, clean, comfortable, warm, hot water and very welcoming host. Close to the lake and shops and restaurants. Parking just behind the building. Outstanding value for money. If I ever go back to Marta, without a doubt I would want to stay there again.

A fantastic place with extremely nice and helpful hosts! The appartment is spacious, has a beautiful view from the bedroom. It's in the center of borgo of Marta so you can feel the Italian atmosphere just in front of the house. Highly recommended, one of the best experiences we had!
