Very good location - 2 minutes walk to the central gate to the old town.
Breakfast is ok, but it is a bit exhausting to ask for each piece of sausage or egg;)
The hotel is very beautiful, looks like “old style” (if you love it - you will appreciate) and the view from the terrace was amazing

Great location for a visit to Siena. The staff were super helpful, particularly Frederica, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us get our bearings in the city and even called around to schedule a haircut for my husband.

Where do I start? I really want to come back and stay for ever. The staff is amazing, we asked them about recommendations and help with planning our days and they made everything so so easy. The surroundings are breathtaking and you have everything you need witihin a 15minute car ride. You wake up to the sound of birds and the views are stunning from the Hotel! The hotel restaurant is a must, the food and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is also amazing, a big variety of things out but you can also order some more stuff.
There is a beautiful pool but the weather wasn’t on our side while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it. I am definitely coming back soon!

The hotel is in the centre of Sienna with stunning views of the cathedral and the ancient houses surrounding it. We were fortunate to have the best room and view in the hotel, and as we were staying for a week, that was a pleasure
Although a couple, we had the option of individual double beds, so both had a good nights sleep every night. Storage was limited, but we were able to put our stuff on a spare bed. We had to share a bathroom, and at first we assumed this would be the worst aspect of our stay, but each bathroom is clearly marked as to which rooms can use it, and we only had to share with one other room, and there were no issues. The shower was powerful and hot. The proprietor, Eugenie, was so kind and helpful, especially as we had hired a car and needed lots of advice re parking. She was always nearby in an upstairs flat, so we had the benefit of both privacy, and her availability. There is an outside terrace to sit on, with stunning views, but as the weather was cold, we did not use it much.
