Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff in reception and in the restaurant/bar - on first name terms with many of them and our daughter was spoiled! Gorgeous location perched high above the lovely town of Malcesine and the lake with views up to Riva and the mountains. Delicious food - huge choice at breakfast and dined there in the evenings on alternate nights. Pool is large and plenty of loungers etc. also a jacuzzi-style plunge pool and paddling pool for kids. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped suite with kitchenette. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful too. Communal areas in the bar/lounge/children's room all modern and spacious. Excellent all round and while usually we prefer to visit new places, we would definitely be tempted to return next year! Malcesine is a lovely town to wander around in the evening with lots of good restaurant options. Also had a nice day out by taking the ferry up the lake to Riva. Gardaland is a day trip - about 2.5 hour round trip? Recommend the paragliding from the mountain up behind the hotel too - the views from up the top of the mountain via cable car are worth it too but time it well as cable car gets busy.

Went to malcesine on 2 occasions during our stay in Italy. Stayed at Hotel Internationale and then came on ferry to explore the castle. Town is busy with tourists but plenty of reasonably priced restaurants with amazing views. Narrow cobbled streets. Castle definitely worth going to and to climb steep steps to top gives an amazing panoramic view of lake and mountains. Likewise the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo. Amazing views.

An extraordinary city located directly on lake garda with a beautiful cityscape and lot's of good, though a bit pricy restaurant.
Also an easy access to the mountains for joyful and also serious hikeing is available thanks to a cable car.

An amazing trip. Great location with fantastic views. Cable car trip I would highly recommend. The town is beautiful. Lots of amazing places to eat. Beautiful views. Wear good shoes or trainers as the streets are cobbled in the town. Lots of hills to climb so be prepared for that. People are welcoming and friendly. Attended a friends wedding and this was a perfect and beautiful location. Definitely returning.

A gorgeous town with plenty of lovely restaurants, shops, cafés and gelaterias to explore. La Dolce Vita has particularly good gelato! Access to the lake for swimming is easy anf the castle is stunning. A wonderful place to stay for solo travellers, couples, and families.

We loved our stay in Malcesine!
We loved our stay in Malcesine! Cute place with many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach and also took the boat over to Limone (another cute and picturesque village). Stayed for two nights but could have stayed for longer!
We had a room in the second floor with a balcony facing Lake Garda, I consider it a 5 star view of the lake, the mountains and even the town of Limone in the distance. There is a walking/biking path along the lake for those who want to go out for a run etc. It is a very short drive to beautiful Malcesine. There was a nice breakfast sufficient to get you going on your day. The room was clean and the attendants were courteous.
Amazing and helpfully staff across the whole facility. Location is absolutely fantastic, we also were given an opportunity of a free upgrade to a lake view, not to mention that we were also allowed to stay a bit longer on a check out day. If I get an opportunity to visit Malcesine again this hotel will be and remain a top of the top on our vacation list. Thank you to everyone for making it such a pleasure ❤️
Brilliant location to explore Lake Garda. Lovely swimming pool to relax at end of day after being out and about. Staff were super engaging and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and a good selection, they cooked eggs to order each morning.

This hotel is perfect for a stroll into Malcesine. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. We stayed in a deluxe room which was exceptionally clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. Breakfasts are brilliant and the food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard. Can't recommend the hotel enough.
Everything as described, the view is stunning. If You book a room with a view on the lake, prepare for the best view You have ever had from the hotel room. Breakfast is fantastic, location is great, might look bad on the maps, but in walking distance from city center. The walk is mostly along the lake, with a beautiful view.
We absolutley loved the location. Close to bus station, beautiful view of lake from the premises, and a very large and functional space. The hosts, Manuel and Linda are very friendly and seek to make your stay perfect. We loved the Malcesine area and when we come back we will stay with Manuel and Linda
We booked this hotel very last minute as weather changed our plans. We were very pleasantly surprised! The beds were so comfortable, shower water very hot. The staff was very welcoming, gave us great restaurant recommendations and the breakfast the next day was amazing (homemade tiramisu!) as was the view.
We loved our stay here! The location was close enough we were able to walk to Malcesine and along the lake, and the views from the hotel were incredible! The breakfast was very good, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to come back someday.
