Very pleasant room with great shower and comfortable bed. Lots of parking space for cars and a covered area provided for motorbikes - thanks! Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English which we appreciated. Breakfast was covered with a voucher for a nearby cafe which was delicious! Lake Magione is close by and is very picturesque. The local town has a good selection of restaurants - we ate in Al Sottobosco which was excellent.

Very cozy camping site. Gives you a sense of being in a cottage. Rustic and romantic in its own way. Staff was very helpful and nice. The lake is a nice area to walk around, nice restaurants near by. The cabin/bungalow had everything working, we could make food etc. Easily.

Great location with superb views over Lake Trasimeno particularly Sunset. Ideal for visiting various places of interest like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and the Islands of Lake Trasimeno. Also great walking and cycling not far away. Lovely pool and garden. It is not a hideaway in the hills but in the middle of a village; Not a negative at all but worth knowing.
Passignano sul Trasimeno just down the road is very nice.

The owners were very helpful. Before we arrived, they gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all.
There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.
The wonderful atmosphere of an old villa with interesting interior design... The most important point is the amazing hostess, Irene. Very friendly and hospitable, sociable, ready to help with advice (parking in Perugia, local attractions, etc.). Every morning she pampered us with a special hot dish for breakfast and each time with truffle, having learned that we love it)). High recommendations!
Our host Riccardo was amazing! He gave us great tips for food and attractions and was available whenever we needed. He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!
We had a great stay in this peaceful corner of Umbria. The owner is welcoming and make you feel home even before arriving. The place is full of character, with beautiful corners inside and out. We had great tours of the region during the days and a restful evenings admiring the sunset from the garden. Also, excellent value for money.
It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
Breakfast was on our own. A bottle of wine to welcome us was unexpected and appreciated. Recommendations for restaurants were provided. They gave us help and advice for everything we asked. Parking was easy and plentiful.Fabulous in every way. Riccardo and Christina were terrific hosts. We would definitely go back.
