We were all fascinated by the hospitality of the owners. The property is close to the lake and other towns we wanted to visit in Umbria and Tuscany. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the pool is amazing. The whole property is really lovely.
The Vecchio Granaio is set in a renovated old farmhouse, just a few km from Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. It offers a wide, panoramic swimming pool and free indoor parking.

Very cozy camping site. Gives you a sense of being in a cottage. Rustic and romantic in its own way. Staff was very helpful and nice. The lake is a nice area to walk around, nice restaurants near by. The cabin/bungalow had everything working, we could make food etc. Easily.

We had a romantic and nice stay. But if your expecting a hotel getaway, you might be suprised. Its a bungalow and if your down for it its great place to be in!
Lovely fresh coffee and large pot of English breakfast tea were very welcome. Fresh fruit including sweet early strawberries, pineapple and melon together with fresh bread and pastries. Truffle omelettes were available. Irene was very welcoming and helpful with directions into Perugia. A pizzeria is a short walk away and food was good although you'll need to drive for evening meals otherwise. Very convenient location for sightseeing by car.
Our host Riccardo was amazing! He gave us great tips for food and attractions and was available whenever we needed. He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!
It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
Breakfast was on our own. A bottle of wine to welcome us was unexpected and appreciated. Recommendations for restaurants were provided. They gave us help and advice for everything we asked. Parking was easy and plentiful.Fabulous in every way. Riccardo and Christina were terrific hosts. We would definitely go back.
Beautiful location in the middle of Umbrian hills , but not far from supermarkets and restaurants in the city . Nice swimming pool ! The people are super kind , always willing to help , always smiling !
Comfortable apartment with beautiful lake view. Balcony was great for watching sunsets. Good base to explore Lake Trasimeno and surrounding beautiful towns in Umbria. Great host, very welcoming.
