Our director had booked the room for a business trip to Novara. However, upon arrival, he noticed mold all around the place, As a result, he was forced to leave immediately and find another hotel to stay in as your premises are not safe for the public.

We arrived really late, but the lady at the reception was more than welcoming. We loved the robot room service. Such fun! The room was really spacious, a fully stacked mini bar, a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom that came with all the necessary utilities, including a toothbrush. Despite it being on the main road going from Novara to Vercelli, that carries quite a bit of traffic, the windows completely blocked out any sounds. Tons of parking space.

The place was practically empty when we visited at the end of August. Strange but OK in the end. The room was very comfortable and our meal in the restaurant was fine. Not a bad place to break our journey though just a little bit off the motorway.
