Exceptionally lovely staff. The property itself is fascinating and a wonderful place to stay. A lot of character diminished with history, simple comfort and style. A truly superb breakfast - nothing too much trouble. Excellent value and one of those stays that was better than expected
Didn’t use the pool area but it looked really good

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

beautiful location full of trees and green , lovely scenery if you need a different place to stay outside Pisa. maybe you could change the shits and towels every 2-3 days instead of once a week. the people very kind ans friendly . most helpfull.
Serena was very accommodating, always made a nice breakfast and gave valuable tips of nice places to visit.
White Sand Beach in Vada Livorno definitely worth a visit and not too far and a restaurant just 4min away called Osteria dei Vecchi Sapori in Lorenzana was brilliant.
Its a nice and peaceful accommodation in the mountains surrounded by trees and fields.
Dogs are welcome. Thats was also a super duper plus point.
