We stayed one night after a hike that day and were very pleased with the staff, beautiful lodge building, and the breakfast. We accidentally booked a single but the owners were able to accommodate us with a room that has two single beds. It was very last-minute and we appreciate that they were able to do that for us! The garden, mountain air and children’s play area was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice assortment of pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit and salumi. The cappuccino were made to order and very good. In the lobby we enjoyed the comfortable chairs and couches. My kids had fun playing chess.
