The property was in close proximity to the town walking distance. Right outside of the hotel as you were walking towards the Square what is the town? You would see all types of vendors set up selling everything from bathing suits to shoes.  So many restaurant choices. Even the food at the hotel was Amazing!

Stunning view to the Garda Lake and mountains. Beautiful nature. The beach was not clean enough in the end of July, probably too small for the
high season. Many boats, promenade is full of handmade sellers , bicycles, tourists especially in the evenings. Lazise Old city is nice to go. Plenty of restaurants, shops, gelateria etc..
Sirmione castle is about 30 min by car. Taxi is too expensive (around +-70 Eur one way).

This hotel is along way from the centre of Lazise but you can walk to Lazise, which takes about an hour. Alternatively you can walk out the side entrance, through the theme park Carnevaworld and catch the bus down into Lazise.
The hotel is lovely and the spa facilities are great and they can be used until 8pm daily along with the three swimming pools. Two outdoor cold pools and one indoor 32 degree pool. The gym is adequately stocked.
The food is expensive and a much better option is to eat out as it is much cheaper and nicer as there is more variety. The continental buffet for breakfast was good but it would have been better if other egg options were offered for free such as poached eggs.
The staff were lovely and the reception staff were particularly helpful in advising us with towns to visit etc.
The hotel is now under new management and they were painting outside walls and changing door handles while we were there.
Lazise itself is a beautiful town with lots of shops an restaurants as well as a great winery where you can sample local wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the winery.
There are areas where you can sit and marvel at the spectacular views of the lake, sunbathe or catch a water ferry to another town. The water ferry trips can take along time to get to the town you want to visit so another option is to go by bus.
We would definitely return to Lake Garda for another holiday and explore some of the towns we didn’t get to visit. In this respect hiring a car for a few days may be a better option.
I would definitely visit Mount Baldo in Macesine, Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda and go to Verona for a day. We were also recommended to visit Limone and Riva but didn’t have time to visit these.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was clearly and in writing that the junior sweet had a lake view a garden view and a pool view while what i found was just a garden view on the first floor , when I asked why at the reception i was told that if i wanted a view of the lake I could up grade into a family room for another 100 euro on top of what I already payed per night and they just said they are sorry, after they tried to find an excuse that the Junior sweet might also mean you can get a lake view or a garden view or a pool view they just put an , OR , in front of what i had in writing while it did never show on mine, very misleading

the location is great, but the house is small and very shaky when you walk around the deck area or in the house. beds are really tinny and uncomfortable. It is a very cheap version of camping, however clean and helpful staff (they also spoke English).
Modern, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the city center. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, the view to the lake is stunning. Magnicifent sunsets. And there is a great pool. And a supermarket is right around the corner. Add a host who is ever so helpful, in our case above and beyond expectations, and you get a perfect place for you stay at Lake Garda.
PS; we noted a couple reviews complaining about neighbors. Our experience did not reflect those. We felt welcomed throughout
Amazing location with a very short distance to Lazise and Gardaland. The view over Lake Garda was stunning and you have all the service and qualities you need at the tip of your finger. This resort exceeded our expectations beyond anything and we are sold and will be back next year and bring for of our children with us. Lazise a small town but so charming and you better try going there during the evening and use the resorts free shuttle transfer to get more out of the trip.
It was such a beautiful place,very different, and laid back feel to the place. Breakfast is fantastic and plenty to choose from, pool area very nice and great facilities. Beautiful walk into Lazise walled city. Rooms immaculate and very comfortable bed.
Staff are so welcoming and extra friendly touch which i love,especially the two young girls on reception couldn't do enough. Would highly recommend a stay here.
Stayed as a family of 4 (with two teens). Beautiful villa with delightful outside space. The villa is a modern beauty, nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of space and lots of privacy. Easy walking distance to Lazise and local Spar. Owner very friendly and responds promptly to questions. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a great stay.

Apartment is located in a lovely quite district very close to the city center of Lazise. It was easy to get in touch with a host and pick-up the keys, host has shared clear video-instructions, how to get to the place as well as some info about the good bars and restaurants around.
The Hotel was TOP 👍👌clean, nice comfort, the best breakfast 👍👌 and the sweetest owner 🇮🇹❤️ and Crew . I recommend this hotel to every who wants the best place in Lazise 🇮🇹❤️
